Forum posting services are those that writes content for your forums. There are a lot of companies offering this type of service. This should help you decide on one:

1. Know what you want. You should be clear as to what you want to happen. Forum posting services can help you with your search engine optimization, creating content for your forum, setting the tone and pace of your discussions, even helping your users to have a livelier and helpful discussion. It is, however, easier to achieve any of these when you focus on one goal. Communicate this goal with the forum posting service company at the very start, that way they would have a clear idea of how to go about serving you and even suggest some things that you might not have thought of.

2. Not all forum posting services are the same. To find out if you are dealing with a professional forum posting service you should first see how they deal with you when you are still inquiring. When you send them an e-mail, are they quick enough to respond? How accommodating are they when you ask something that is not part of their usual package? How is their sales or customer service? These things are important in getting the best service you can. It will also help you know how they would act if ever you get into a problem with their postings.

3. Balance price with quality. You do not want to go for a cheap forum posting service and get bad posts that would ruin your forums with unrelated and uninformed posts. A lot of forum owners have opted for cheaper providers and then got what they paid for. In the end, they ended up erasing the posts they paid for. On the other hand, quality forum posting services do not necessary charge a steep price for their service.

4. Ask for samples. While previous clients are protected by confidentiality, you can ask for a sample writing to see how the writer writes and check grammar and sentence construction. You can also glean if the writer uses American or British English.

5. Ask for a trial. Most forum posting services have their own trial packages. If you want a lesser trial investment, you can ask for a special package like a 10 post package or 20 post package at a much lower price. This way, you can gauge further how the writer would be posting on your forums.

6. Insist on confidentiality. For a lot reasons, you do not want the service provider you contract to print your forums in their client list. This would undermine the legitimacy of your forums.

7. Specify the writer you wish. Reputable forum posting services have a team of writers to correspond to different industries or niches that you are in. If the posting service does not have the particular writer you want, look for another.
